Jess Ria and Gavin in particular, but also many other office staff, were always prepared to go the extra mile to get me a brilliant offer and to bring the sale home. Their communication and teamwork is great, so I was never left wondering what was happening when my immediate contact was on leave, I could always speak to someone who knew, and they will always get back to you. Staff are friendly but thoroughly professional, proactive and on the case. They know the business and they know the area inside out. Selling a house can be a very stressful process but I have to say that the from my first conversation with Gavin through to dealing with the rest of the team including Sue and Jess they made the whole process relatively straight forward. I also liked the online portal which meant you could see all the relevant information on the sales process all the way through from viewing to completion. Very happy to recommend House + Co property to anyone wanting to sell their home.
We recently completed the purchase of our flat and the team at House & Co were great. They did a great job of overseeing the whole process, keeping in touch with all parties and nudging as appropriate when there was a holdup. We particularly appreciated that they were both professional and personable, making them very pleasant to work with - especially for a couple of nervous first time buyers!
