I (luckily!) didn't have a treatment here, so this is purely based on their appalling admin team. After my video consultation with Mr Wilson, I thought all was on the right track UNTIL I dared to ask for their t&cs. Mind you, this was meant to be a surgical procedure with a high cost, so I thought it's only normal to read through the 'fine print' of what is and isn't included. They have given me such a hard time over this, not responding for weeks and then eventually turning it all against me and making it sounds like I'm absolutely crazy for ever asking about the t&cs. They have essentially 'dismissed' me saying I'm not the right patient for them. Mr Wilson and team, you are right, I'm NOT the patient for you! I'm now booked with an excellent surgeon who sent me his t&cs without asking and his admin team is super lovely and helpful. AVOID at all costs, they'll just belittle you and make you feel like a silly little girl. Pretty nasty experience. EDIT: Forgot to add that they ask you to send private photos via EMAIL of all things, which their IT team all have access to! I had to suggest a coding app to send my photos with.
***poor admin exp and management of expectations*** I am writing this review 7 months on from surgery date at Woodmedispa and feel conflicted writing this but feel it is the only way I will be heard or listened to. I paid £15K for an extended tuck, vaser lipo, lipo to my abdomen and renuvion to my arms. I went here via Dr Wilson as the tech for renuvion is here and travelled from Bristol. I made it clear I wanted to wear a pair of jeans without any muffin top front and back on my abdomen area. The stay at Woodmedispa itself was comfortable and pleasant and I have seen Dr Wilson several times since surgery in Bristol. The response times from the admin team and errors made in email communication have really frustrated me and upset me from Dr Wilson's team. I also made it clear that my expectation on my results haven't been met on my abdomen area and I have been quoted another few thousand to reach the result I wanted in the first place when I paid to be prone in the first place. I do feel if Woodmedispa are going to work with surgeons from around the region together the admin support and quality of replies/errors needs looking at closely to ensure these meet customer expectations but also we should not have to chase multiple times for replies. I also am disappointed I am looking at having to pay again to achieve the result I wanted in the first place
Had surgery some 5 months ago with dr wilson after a big weightloss... full tummy tuck and lipo very pleased with outcome much better than it was before... Paul was very helpful and understanding very nice surgeon and team highly recommended ????
Cannot recommend Paul Wilson highly enough, took extremely good care of a family member, made them feel very comfortable and confident. The results were amazing and they were very happy. Paul's years of experience as a cosmetic surgeon means you are truly in safe hands if considering a procedure.
Paul really took the time to listen to me and helped me to understand what I was really looking for and understood how he could best help me make that happen. I feel really lucky to have found such a kind and good plastic surgeon as I have heard such horrible stories from some friends who went to other doctors and ended up with problems Thank you Paul!
