I would have given a 10 and 5 star but after being 15 minutes early to my appointment as requested, on my way I was called asking if I could come 15 minutes later than my appointment time. After arriving at the earlier time as I had already left home over 30 minutes before, I was waiting for 1 hour and a half before being seen by the surgeon. I know sometimes these things run over however there seemed to be no contingencies for this problem. Also there was no explanation to why, other than they were manic today. However after all of the waiting I spoke to my surgeon, who was knowledgeable and very certain of what course of action we needed, based on my requests. I was then taken to another room to discuss what surgery dates were available and cost, which was dealt with efficiently and I've come away thinking on my options.
I’ve just had my eConsult with Jasmine. She was so lovely and totally put me at ease. All of my questions were answered and I even booked my physical surgeon consultation with my preferred surgeon, Mr Giannas! Super excited!
Lily was cheerful and welcoming at reception, checked all my info and summarised all my appointments and care plan. Nicki Sauders was incredibly helpful, informative and kind. Made me feel incredibly at ease. Lovely lady. Thanks both, well recruited Mya.
Lovely warm welcome which helped put me at ease as I was a little nervous. My consultation was great and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Excellent! From start to finish!! Everything was so smooth, easy and stress free! The team of nurses and doctors were incredible! I was extremely nervous on the day and they gave me hugs of comfort that I really needed! My surgeon was amazing!! I felt totally confident with him and his expertise! The surgery has changed my life and made my confidence sky rocket! I can not thank the Mya team enough!!
