Charlie was one of the recruiters I like most to talk with because of his positive attitude and a deeper understanding of the development world. He had implemented a Kanban board where I could easily keep track of each vacancy available for my profile, read carefully the description and point out some feedback on what I like most about each of them. For me, that was a strong signal of competence and organization just because it helps us keep tracking on what's going on.
