Infuriating & disappointing. The "advice" I received was unfit for purpose; at best unhelpful and at worst incompliant. If you're expecting advice tailored to your situation, go elsewhere. To add insult, they've also informed me they will be keeping the monthly installments I paid already, despite me having no intention of engaging them for my end of year return.
Been using tax assist for years now and always been happy. Any queries I have had are always answered and solved promptly.
