Had an excellent experience buying a car from Martin at Surecar Direct! The car is in excellent condition and was the best priced Mazda out there for its age and mileage. Feeling very happy with my purchase. I trusted Martin completely (which I feel is important when you’re buying a car) and would definitely go back again, especially after seeing so many other great reviews.
Andy and Martin were fantastic to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was looking for a car for my nan and they found us the perfect one, and made sure everything went smoothly from the viewing/test drive, part exchange to taking the new car home. Will be back when it's time to look for the next car.
Very helpful from the start. Call returned quickly and any questions answered. Went and viewed a car but decided it wasn't the right car for me. No pushy sales or loss of interest once id decided I wasn't buying the car, instead advised if I had any questions or needed anything in future not to hesitate to call. Really nice people to deal with.
Bought a car that was a px. They said it was all fine and ready to go on pick up. On the drive home the engine light came on. I gave them a call and asked of them to take it back in and fix several issues. They were very polite and gave me a date to take it back in. On collection, they said everything was sorted. I was informed that a receipt would be emailed and that I might need to keep topping up the engine oil as some cars burn off more oil than others (sounded strange, but I'm not a mechanic so took their word). I never got a receipt and the car had to be scrapped shortly after. I feel absolutely betrayed by this garage, and would encourage people to not buy any vehicles from them! I understand that older cars come with their problems, but to lie to about works done and then not provide receipts is unacceptable! A truly terrible experience! I will be contacting trading standards to try and get my money back!
