Great shuttle service. Was on time, helped us get our bags in and out of the car, made sure we were comfy and let us play our music for the trip, and made it to the airport promptly. When we got back to Airport, we requested to make a stop for food and he did he made sure we were all good before making our way home. Was very polite and a good driver.
The driver arrived on time. He drove calmly and safely. He was helpful with instructions on how to adjust the straps on the car seat. When we got to the Birmingham airport I noticed that the trolleys required a £1 coin to access them. I had no change, but the driver did. He got out and got me a trolley which was very much appreciated because I had many pieces of luggage and a small child to manage.
Excellent service and great value. The dispatcher was very helpful. The driver arrived promptly at 3 am to bring us to the airport. He was very courteous and even helped us with our bags. The vehicle looked new and very clean inside and out. Highly recommended. Will call on them again.

Ordered a car from HexCarr for myself .The cars arrived both times promptly and were clean and even better than advertised. The drivers were helpful, polite and helped load and unload the luggage. The admin was lovely and kept me updated at all times and called after our drop off to ensure we had a nice trip as it was our first time using the company. Will definitely use them again.
