We are impressed with how hands on the company is, if there are any issues the CEO aims to contact us directly, and they will usually email or call. The staff, both office and guards, are very professional. The office/switchboard team are very quick and find cover quickly when needed. The guards, are friendly and personable to the staff, but are able to, and will step in when situations arise. They pick up their job quickly and follow instructions well. Outstanding outfit. Extremely professional, punctual security service. Guards are always very well turned out and patrols are logged hourly. Highly recommend this company from good experience of using On Site security for many of my sites in the south of England over the past few years. The admin staff are also brilliant and understanding, following up all requests immediately returning answer and solutions. Mo, is an easy to get on with person that lead from the front. 5* plus from me and my company!
Wajid is an excellent security guard, super friendly and always reliable! He has made all the staff and customers feel safer when being on the premises.
