Excellent service. I had what I thought was a broken lock. They spent some time testing it and confirmed that was actually working and was another part of the locking system that failed. Not in stock and I needed one quickly so they recommended another retailer that might have it in stock. They did not think about a sale but helping the customer which is quality service. Will always be my first port of call and recommendation.

I have dealt with Thornhill Securities a number of times over the past ten or twelve years. Dealing with them is always a pleasure because integrity runs through them from end to end like the name through a stick of rock. I have always found them to be utterly professional and scrupulously fair. Very recently, I asked them to check out a faulty front-door lock. Instead of suggesting that I needed a new one, as many locksmiths would have done, they took it apart in front of my eyes, made a few adjustments here and there, refitted it, and charged me only a modest fee for having been called out. Needless to say, it now works perfectly. In the past I have also bought safes from them for my company, and I can recommend them thoroughly and without the slightest hesitation.
